Awhile back we told you about this month’s theme for BEDTIME STORIES. Tonight, host Gregg Gethard plans to truly send in the clowns as he and a slew of comedians take on the fans of Insane Clown Posse in The Gathering of the Juggalos.
Be on the lookout for juggalettes, ninjalos, hood rats, foo dangs and an assortment of other 9 mile scrubs, as Bedtime Stories pays tribute with a send up of those who are down with the clown. And at $10, that’s not a lot of skrilla.

BEDTIME STORIES creator and host Gregg Gethard just announced a change in theme for the show’s August installment. Formerly Family Vacations, the new theme will be The Gathering of the Juggalos.
For those of you who may not be familiar with what a Juggalo is, it’s a title reserved for the most die-hard fans of horror core rap group Insane Clown Posse.
how do you make fun of these people?
The theme Gathering of the Juggalos takes its name from their festival, an annual assembly of legions of horror core fans, doing everything from rocking out with an ax (no, not guitars… real axes!) to seminars on face painting, and everything in between. Don’t believe me? Mr. Gethard was kind enough to share a link to this 17 minute long infomercial, detailing this very surreal event:
If you don’t have that long, here’s a brief glimpse at an example of a classic ICP Juggalo fan rant, courtesy of Encyclopedia of Stupid:

So yeah, as you can well imagine, this is going to be a GREAT theme!
