Troika continues with Round 2 tonight

After an  amazing 2010 debut last week, TROIKA continues tonight with Round Two.

Featured this evening are BJ Ellis, Sue Taney and John Nolan as Basil Poledouris… Jessica Ross, Jana Savini and Dan Stabb as Viewers Like You… and Dan Rich, Jake Beckerman and Nick Gillette as Confidential.

We’ll also be drawing Round Three teams during the show tonight as well. Tonights winner will advance on to face R3 winner and R1 champs, the Meadowbrook Public Library Storybook Players at the Championships on May 6th.

PHIT Announces First Ever House Teams

The Philadelphia Improv Theater has officially announced the rosters of their brand spankin’ new house teams, and we’re super excited about both the veteran talent and the up-and-comers on these lists.

HOUSE TEAM I

directed by Rick Horner

HOUSE TEAM II

In their recent newsletter, PHIT gaves us a little taste of what we can expect:

“Over the next few months you are going to come to know and love all these people… if you don’t already – and see them become a great addition to the scene. So is the rest of the country: after premiering in the Fall, our house teams will start traveling, first to the People’s Improv Theater in NYC, then to festivals all over the country!”
